Crane ChemPharma & Energy is seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist in The Woodlands, TX, or other Crane manufacturing site.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for successfully executing the recruitment strategy for the attraction, recruitment, assessment, and selection of qualified talent for the Crane ChemPharma & Energy business.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruiting process of assigned area and/or region
  • Manage and update recruiting activity reports for assigned area and/or region
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Ensure utilization of approved vendors and recruitment tools
  • Coordinate and conduct phone, video or onsite interviews, as necessary
  • Act as a liaison with approved third-party agencies, vendors and partners who provide additional recruiting-related services to the organization
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as the primary system to facilitate recruitment activities across the area
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for most commonly needed positions
  • Implement strategic staffing initiatives and projects within the geographic area to ensure an on-going pipeline of skilled talent
  • Review internal compensation data and perform an external compensation analysis to partner with local HR representatives to create competitive offers for selected candidates
  • Coordinate and participate in all US campus recruitment, including career fairs, Crane-led campus events, manage Handshake account
  • Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
  • Performs additional duties, as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5years of high volume recruiting experience, or 3years in the industrial manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated ability to brainstorm creative recruiting strategies for challenging locations, as well as execution of those strategies
  • Experience in candidate sourcing and data mining through various ATS, job boards and career fairs
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industrial manufacturing experience
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable laws and regulations regarding employment practices
