Benefits at Theradynamics include: * 5 Weeks Paid Time Off * Medical and Dental Insurance * Tax Deferred Programs under AFLAC * Unlimited continuing education credits through our interactive online library of courses * 401K Plan with company match * Parental Leave * FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE * Referral Program Physical Therapist Duties and Responsibilities: * Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs * Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility * Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery * Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques * Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs * Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care, and proven interventions * Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally * Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination * Consult and practice with other health professionals * Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress * Document patient care services Physical Therapist Job Requirements: * Valid NY State PT License * Master’s degree from an accredited physical therapy school * CPR Certification (Preferred) * Good organization skills * Good written skills \*\*\* All rates offered are based on position, years of applicable experience and employment type \*\*\* Rate ranges shown include levels for per diems with no benefits and Independent Contractors INDSN Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Continuing education credits * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday License/Certification: * Physical Therapy License (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Long Island, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
