Our Payment Services Specialists eagerly assist members and prospective members by offering VISA products and services as well as servicing accounts on our rewards program. What We Look For Energetic, friendly and positive attitude Strong problem?solving and critical?thinking skills> Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Commitment to earning and maintaining member trust What You Can Expect Assist members and employees in payment services department needs, including clerical duties Increase VISA product sales and usage Follow up with members to ensure they receive rewards and provide consistent member follow?up Comply with all regulations and participate in continuing education related to credit union career development Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information 5025 Adams Avenue, Ogden, Utah 84403 Typical hours of operations: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 6:00 PM, prefer afternoon availability Part?time, 25 hours per week $20.25 per hour + bonus + incentive Essential Duties & Responsibilities Cultivate and effectively manage long?term, trusting relationships Assist members and employees (branching and departments) in payment services department needs Follow up with members to ensure they receive rewards and provide consistent member follow?up Comply with all regulations as required by law Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development Experience, Education & Certification High School Diploma (required) Prior credit union experience preferred Seniority level Entry level Employment type Part?time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance #J-18808-Ljbffr
