Requirements We are searching for a candidate with: High School Diploma required; Associate Degree is preferred. Minimum 5+ years working in a shipping and receiving environment. Strong customer service background with the ability to build relationships Valid drivers license required. Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills. Foreign language skills, including Spanish, are a plus. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work in fast paced environment, multi-task, and handle multiple priorities. Must have the physical ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. Knowledge of Inventory Control and Shipping /Receiving Software. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. Duties and Responsibilities A typical day may include:

Safeguarding warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures. Maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse with new layouts of racks, adding new products to valid locations, and removing obsolete or replaced items. Controlling all inventory levels by conducting physical cycle counts and reconciling data in Visual ERP system. Identifying overstock and obsolete materials and initiating actions to deplete as write off. Assessing and adjusting target inventory levels, safety stock and cycle stock. Scheduling and assigning employees to all needed work to complete warehouse duties. Cross-train staff and follow-up on all work results. Receiving UPS/FedEx shipments (as needed) and inputting and verifying all returns from shop to warehouse, and vendors. Responsible for daily supplier management, communication and trouble shooting. Responsible for the management of daily order fulfillment including will-call order placement. Maintaining communication with all departments including purchasing to continue a steady workflow to all departments. Benefits of Working With Us
