JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities include:

•Leading project entitlements and preliminary design through construction documents and administration
•Managing multiple projects, ensuring budgets and schedules are met
•Collaborating with a multi-discipline design team and mentoring junior staff
•Utilizing expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, mapping documents, civil construction documents, and earthwork calculations
•Applying stormwater experience in Georgia and the Southeast USA
•Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and specification preparation

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred
•Professional Engineer (PE) registration required, with Georgia registration preferred
•Minimum of 7 years of professional land development experience
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent time management abilities and the capability to foster long-term client relationships
•Metro Atlanta experience and relationships are a plus
