Landmark Hospital of Cape Girardeau has an opportunity for a Housekeeper to join our dedicated and professional team. Landmark Hospitals are committed to providing the highest level of customer service and quality of care to those we serve.

**Shift:** Full-time

**Summary:** Maintains premises in a clean and orderly manner, using a professional and customer service-focused approach.

**Responsibilities:**

* Cleans patients' rooms, common areas, ancillary areas, restrooms, locker rooms, halls, offices and any other areas that require attention

* Cleans light fixtures, ceilings, vents, walls, mattresses, furniture, windows/window coverings floors and carpets

* Cleans by dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping, replenishes supplies, moves furniture, and hangs draperies

* Strictly follows isolation and infection control, and safety procedures

**Requirements:**

* Hospital cleaning experience strongly preferred

* Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures

* Must be a team player with a strong attention to detail

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work flexible schedule - day shift and every 3rd weekend

* Must pass background check/drug test
