The below job opportunity is with one of our Biotech clients who researches develop and commercializes drugs. The company focuses primarily on antiviral drugs used in the treatment of HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and influenza, including Harvoni and Sovaldi.

Job Description:

  • Manager, Change Management & Communications
  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as Manager, Change Management & Communications.
  • This position will provide Change Management expertise supporting Technical Operations. Candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective design and deployment of change management strategy for major initiatives to help people be successful in charge.
  • Additionally, the change manager will support Global Business Operations projects and changes.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Apply change management process and tools to create strategy for sustained adoption of change
  • Lead and manage change readiness, change and people impact assessments
  • Conduct CM training and workshops to develop Change leadership skills in organization
  • Develop content and Facilitate CM discussions in Community of Practice sessions
  • Provide Change management training and consultation for business partners.
  • Proactive planning to manage and mitigate potential areas of change resistance
  • Serve as a Change Lead for major Tech Ops change initiative
  • Ability to mediate and de-escalate frustration with change
  • Design and deploy comprehensive tailored change management plans
  • Consult business partners on best practices and solutions as CM Subject Matter Expert
  • Consults Business partners on effective communication techniques
  • Build and maintain cross functional relationships with business leads and change champions
  • Assist project team in determining and socializing change value and opportunity
  • Develop and distribute change communications to the Technical Operations Organization
  • Design and execute communications strategy of major Tech Ops initiatives
  • Work with organization and business lead to develop Communications standards/templates
  • Translate high level and complex information to meaningful messaging for appropriate audiences
  • Occasional International Travel to build relationships European Global partners
  • Other duties as needed
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in change management role in the life sciences and/healthcare or biopharma, industry preferred
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • A solid understanding of the people change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Listening to understand needs of people affected by change to foster readiness and success
  • Experience in mindset change, systems deployment, implementation, and lifecycle management,
  • Change Management Certification is preferred (PROSCI, CCMP)
  • BA or BS required, in Business Management/Science/Social science/Engineering/English or IT
  • Comfortable with public speaking and leadership presentations
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment while delivering on-time, high quality results
  • Strength in communicating and working effectively with broad partners in various functions
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
  • Ability to objectively understand perspectives of people across various roles
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to execute strategic direction
  • Enthusiastic team player
