Position Requirements & Responsibilities. Experience Required:

- Construction management experience with strong knowledge of building envelope systems.

- Project management experience. From Submittals to Closeout Documents.

- Adept at reading drawings / specifications and detailing our related scope of work.

- Experience with material takeoffs & placing orders.

- Experience with producing accurate & detailed ACM & Plate panel fabrication drawings.

- Experience with creating job specific safety plans & health and safety standards.

- Strong communication skills and coordinating proceeding work required by others on jobs.

- Coordinate job manpower / equipment & deliveries with the project schedule.

- Produce change orders / coordinate them and track change orders on jobs.

- Work with monthly billing formats as required by the client.

- Ability to work through & solve construction issues.

- Self driven, motivated, team player with a leadership character.

Added Pluses

- Estimating Experience.

- Drafting / AutoCad at a minimum but Revit experience is preferred.

- OSHA Certifications.

- Bilingual (English & Spanish).

- Installation experience.

This is a full-time position in our Raleigh office with Central NC job site visits required. Salary will be based on experience and references provided.

Company DescriptionMetal Roofing Corporation is a commercial contractor that installs wall cladding systems throughout central North Carolina. We work with construction managers & general contractors developing new construction, renovations of schools, colleges, condos, medical, pharmaceutical, public works buildings and warehouses. Despite the name MRC has evolved into predominantly a wall systems expert. We install a variety of systems including metal panel systems, insulated panel systems, ACM, aluminum plate, fiber cement and phenolic wall systems. MRC averages about 25 employees & several employees have been with the company since inception. Our team members are focused decision makers, dedicated, knowledgeable & versatile. Our team shares a vast knowledge of the products this company specializes in. At this company you will learn all aspects of current building envelopes used in the commercial industry today and proper detailing of each system being installed.

With the current growth in our market area, MRC is expanding and is looking for a project manager(s).
This position would be responsible for reviewing drawings & specifications, bid documents in general, understanding the coordination required with other trades, reviewing proposals and estimates to prepare submittals, manage Procore & ViewPoint on-line platforms, take-off materials, prepare orders and coordinate deliveries. Duties would also include being on jobsites for meetings, reviewing construction progress, solving problems, and verifying dimensions of buildings for fabrication. Responsibility of this position will be to keep projects in budget, procuring materials in a timely manner, managing changes to our scope of work and documenting accordingly. This position would
