Strong high-volume general sign-out ability preferred. Additional sub-specialty training in Cytopathology, GYN, or Thoracic pathology preferred but not required. Experience preferred although recent graduates with strong fellowship training are encouraged to apply. Position available in Olympia area. AP/CP board certification/eligibility is required.Requirements:Must meet Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska state licensing requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Pathologist with sub-specialty training from an accredited program.Must be board certified AP/CP with experience in hospital based pathologyStrong customer focus and understanding of laboratory operationsAbility to communicate with high level decision makers in the organizationPersonal adaptability and ability to lead change.Physical Requirements:Prolonged sittingComputer useMust be able to perform significant periods of diagnostic work thru visual inspection using a microscopeMust be able to fully utilize a microscope using hands and eyesQualificationsBenefits:Associate Base Compensation: starting $240,000 DOE.
