Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting in North Carolina. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop targeted treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure students' academic and social success.
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology, incorporating new knowledge and techniques into practice.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid North Carolina license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
