Adhering to Company policies and procedures Supervising Pharmacy support staff while on duty to include assigning roles and managing work flow to enhance the customer experience Providing support to the Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacy team and Store manager by effectively communicating and assisting with pharmacy promotion programs and health and wellness offerings Maintaining Pharmacy standards in accordance with company policy Requirements, Skills & Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy Previous experience / background in retail pharmacy Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Must be able to travel to other stores Must have valid CPR license or basic life support certificate. Must have immunization certifications in accordance with State regulations. Strong inventory control understanding and capabilities. Strong attention to detail. Organizational skills. Ability to multitask. Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations.
