About the team: As Head of Partner Solutions, you will have the unique opportunity to support the team building long-lasting relationships with strategic partners globally. These partnerships will help to shape the strategy of our Go-To-Market team and measurably impact the growth of the company. You will focus on our most valuable ecosystems in region, creating and executing on our partner strategy. These partnerships will be vital in unlocking new addressable market in Worldpay's strategically aligned verticals. This is an excellent opportunity to join the high performing Enterprise Partnerships team in a leadership role. You will have the opportunity to define the strategy of the team as we pivot to focus on aligning tech integrations with our strategic partners, driving better commercial outcomes. What you'll own: Leading a team of experts responsible for the overall management of the technical relationship, and the delivery of strategic partner integrations. Ownership of partner CAPEX, responsibility for budget, allocation, execution and reporting. Maintains contact with partner at an executive level, focusing on the technical requirements of the partnerships. Oversees and leads teams in delivery of continuous and effective outsourced solutions and ensures project completion within budget and in accordance with contract requirements. Works to maintain and grow partner relationships while ensuring ongoing support. Collaborates, challenges and champions continuous improvement with Enterprise Partners leadership team. Pre-solutions prospect partners integration and coordinates with Partner Development team for prospect partners and new Worldpay products & services. Seamless collaboration with Solution consulting and implementation. Leads with integrity, utilizing strategic thinking to identify areas where continuous improvement can be applied, implements the change and measures the level of improvement. What you bring: Viewed as an expert resource by peers and coworkers, maintains a good working relationship with both internal and client management. Proven track record in partner service delivery and/or the sales of technology products and services. Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Deploys commercial understanding to strengthen delivery of partner solutions. Broad understanding of the financial and strategic aspects of the business and participates in and/or establishes initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the enterprise. Oversees the resolution of issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives and operations of the enterprise and the client's business. Excellent presentation skills that ensure successful roadmap, strategic alignment with partners delivering a high levels of customer satisfaction. Displays strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively manage and/or implement all phases of projects and tasks within the enterprise and with its clients. Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems with minimal impact to the enterprise and the client. Demonstrates the ability to lead by example and motivate professional level staff. Strong leadership qualities, decision making abilities, and strong business judgment. Possesses strong personnel management skills. Leads the development and execution of strategic policies that affect immediate client operations and may have a broader impact to the division or enterprise. Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, executive management in sensitive situations without damaging the relationship.
