We're looking for qualified Patient Care Technicians like you to join our Texas Health family.Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104Work environment: TelemetryWork hours: PRN (Per Diem) NightsUnit Description:Med/Surg Telemetry Department; we are a 38-bed unit; nurse to patient ration is 1-4 or 1-5 depending on call-ins, or which hall you are in. We are a fast-paced unit with high acuity patients. What separates us from regular med/surg is the telemetry part. We can take certain cardiac drips, chest tubes, and TR bands.Our unit is fun and great to work on if you are looking to learn a lot, grow your basic nursing skills, and work with great colleagues. We are an energetic unit, who celebrates a lot, and we provide compassionate care to our patients and make them feel like family.
