This role will have multiple openings to work onsite in Houston, TX

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Documentation of appropriate requirements within JAMA, via clear, complete, and verifiable definition.

+ Management of requirements changes through the appropriate change control process - coordination, scheduling and participation in formal requirement reviews.

+ Working with Subystems (and other appropriate stakeholders) to identify appropriate requirements

+ Collaboration with Verification and Validation to document appropriate requirement verifications

+ Requirement decomposition analysis identification of parents, children, orphans

+ Manage ICDs with NASA, Visting Vehicles, Payloads, etc.

+ Participate in System and Subsystem requirement reviews

+ Maintain disciplined configuration control, documentation, and management processes

+ Perform other duties as assigned

**Education & Experience**

+ 8+ years of experience with bachelors degree from an accredited university in engineering or technical equivalent

+ 6+ years of experience with masters degree from an accredited university in engineering or technical equivalent

+ 4+ years of experience with PhD degree from an accredited university in engineering or technical equivalent

+ Required experience with requirement development, documentation, review, and verification/validation

+ Ability to prioritize and multi-task on multiple projects

+ Ability to thrive in a fast environment and produce timely results

+ Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail

**Essential Functions**

Work Environment: Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task.

**Requirements**

+ Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.

+ Management has the prerogative to select at any level for which the position is advertised.

+ Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
