Human Resource Generalist - Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role involves processing payroll for production and manufacturing staff using Ceridian/DayForce, onboarding new hires, managing benefits packages, and working closely with management to train employees and enhance engagement. The ideal candidate will assist in conflict resolution, and set standards for the company's ethics, values, and culture.
Qualifications
+ Bachelors Degree
+ 3+ years of experience in an HR capacity (Generalist and up)
+ Experience processing employee payroll
+ Experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution facility
Work Environment:
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
This is a fully on-site position in Dekalb, Illinois. Remote leadership from Houston and Tennessee.
