AI Data Governance Lead

The Opportunity: We're looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by supporting the development and execution of a data management strategy across a complex platform and AI tooling ecosystem, multiple disparate data sources, data governance processes, data domains, and teams. This role serves to establish a foundation for our clients to expand their cloud footprint and further leverage AI and ML technology.

In this role, you'll design strategies to deploy processes to for continuous data management and AI governance. You will be responsible for designing and establishing robust data management structures and models to ensure the integrity, availability, and security of our data assets. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: 8+ years of experience with delivering enterprise-scale solutions, including data management or governance initiatives, within government regulated environments

Experience with managing dispersed teams and collaborating with top-level clients

Experience establishing enterprise-wide agile processes and standards that drive master data and metadata management

Experience working with AI te chn ology stack and practices

Knowledge of data management principles, methodologies, and best practices, including data architecture, data quality, metadata management, and master data management

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: Experience with improving processes and efficiencies in data and team management

Experience developing high-quality briefings for senior Federal Government leadership

Experience with modern Cloud computing te chn ologies, including AWS or Azure

Possession of excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Master's degree in Information Systems, Library Science, or a related field

AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure Certification

Project Management Professional Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
