Primary Assignments:
- Mentor and enhance a dedicated team of Regulatory Technologists.
- Craft and navigate strategic regulatory plans that align with our innovative projects and products.
- Communicate pivotal compliance insights with senior executives to drive business decisions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain our compliance across all boards with a proactive, educated approach.
- A robust background with a Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Science, Nutrition, Food Science, Biology, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of regulatory management experience within the food or beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of USDA/FDA/CFIA regulations, and a solid grasp of SQF Certification processes required.
- Strong knowledge of Genesis Software preferred.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a knack for fostering team growth and driving results in high-pressure environments.
