How Youll Help Our Team Succeed

  • Manage on-campus recruitment responsibilities, including handling daily operations of office-level recruitment efforts, arranging on-campus interviews and screening coordination, and assessing advertising needs
  • Oversee the day-to-day of Associate Recruiting including scheduling interviews, managing pipelines, maintaining ATS, candidate decision meetings, cultivation visits, and offer letters
  • Track candidates from the interviewing phase through the offer and onboarding phase, ensuring all stages are completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Tracks recruiting expenses to provide input to the management team for preparation of the recruiting budget.
  • Miscellaneous talent projects including but not limited to early engagement programs, marketing, and other ad-hoc needs

What Youll Need to Be Successful

  • 5+ years of university recruiting experience that demonstrates increasing capability and responsibility; professional services experience preferred
  • The desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and the firm
  • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firms financial and operational functions
  • The mindset to provide superior service
  • Experience with applicant tracking system required; experience with iCIMS a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Bachelors degree required or equivalent years of experience

Cornerstone Research is offering a competitive market base salary for this position between $73,200 and $97,300. A job offer will depend on how closely a candidates skills, experience and education match the requirements for the role. In addition to base salary, we offer a total compensation package that includes annual performance bonus and generous benefits.
