Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex infrastructure projects from conception to completion. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all construction activities adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, and construction phases of infrastructure projects. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and project team members. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and construction activities are executed according to plan. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, reviewing contracts, and negotiating change orders as necessary. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, including environmental and safety requirements. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and community groups, to provide updates on project status and address concerns or issues. Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close-out meetings, to facilitate communication and collaboration among team members. Prepare and present project reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed to support decision-making and project approval processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; PE is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and project team members. Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading project teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing infrastructure projects. Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools and technologies. PMP certification is a plus.
