Marketing Specialist / Specjalista ds. Marketingu Wymiar czasu pracy:

3/4 etatu lub cały etat - do ustalenia

(możliwość pracy np. 4 dni w tygodniu) Proponowana stawka:

5000-6000 PLN netto + VAT (rozliczenie na podstawie FV) za cały etat

(w zależności od doświadczenia i umiejętności) lokalizacja: praca hybrydowa - połączona z wizytami w salonach (Warszawa oraz miejscowości pobliskie)

godziny pracy - indywidualnie do ustalenia (10-18 lub 11-19).

Zakres podstawowych obowiązków : planowanie i organizacja działań promocyjnych związanych z marką Tao Tao SPA,

zarządzanie profilami i tworzenie treści na social media Tao Tao SPA (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Trip Advisor),

zarządzanie wizytówkami oraz tworzenie treści oraz bieżąca obsługa wizytówek Google marki Tao Tao SPA,

tworzenie i optymalizacja kampanii reklamowych na Facebooku oraz Google Ad Words dla marki Tao Tao SPA,

planowanie oraz organizacja działań związanych z SEO dla marki, w tym tworzenie artykułów tematycznych na stronę internetową marki,

przygotowywanie oraz aktualizacja materiałów reklamowych marki Tao Tao SPA, np. broszury, oferty, materiały graficzne,

współpraca w zakresie marketingu z partnerami marki Tao Tao SPA, np. partnerzy prezentowi oraz influencerami, a także pozyskiwanie nowych osób/podmiotów do współpracy w tym zakresie,

planowanie i realizacja działań marketingowych związanych z otwarciem nowych salonów marki,

monitorowanie trendów oraz treści marek konkurencyjnych w zakresie marketingu oraz promocji,

analiza efektywności działań, opracowywanie raportów, wyciąganie wniosków i przygotowywanie rekomendacji,

proponowanie, testowanie i wdrażanie nowych rozwiązań rozwijających sprzedaż,

opracowywanie i wysyłka newsletterów,

przygotowywanie treści na stronę www.

Nasze wymagania: min.

1 rokdoświadczenia

na podobnym stanowisku; płynna znajomość języka polskiego na poziomie native,

znajomość narzędzi i praktyczna wiedza w komunikacji na platformach społecznościowych;

doświadczenie w konfigurowaniu i optymalizacji kampanii Google Ads, Facebook;

znajomość zagadnień z obszaru SEO;

znajomość programów graficznych takich jak Photoshop i Canva;

dobra znajomość języka angielskiego;

terminowość i odpowiedzialność za prowadzone projekty;

bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, lekkie pióro, samodzielność, kreatywność;

mile widziane doświadczenie w branży

beauty ,

mile widziane prawo jazdy kategorii B oraz mobilność.
