**Job Title:** Expo/Food Runner

**Reports to:** Department Manager

**Salary/Grade Level:** **$** 9.80/hour + Tips AZ Wilderness Brewing was created to celebrate handcrafted, artisanal beers that are inspired by the beautiful and diverse state of Arizona. Our mission is to produce socially, ethically, and environmentally responsible craft beer with the intention of inspiring and uplifting our local Arizona community. Our employees are our most valuable resource and our success depends upon creating and retaining a staff capable of delivering an exceptional customer experience to every patron, every time. We are looking for a full time **Expeditor** to join our amazing team.

**Essential Functions**

* Completely stock station

* Answer telephone within 3 rings; answer questions or direct calls to the appropriate staff member

* Effectively and efficiently manages food tickets in an organized and time sensitive manner

* Delivers food as soon as possible to appropriate table

* Communicate guest questions or concerns to Managers as appropriate

* Ensures guests are content with food items before departing table

* Keeps expo area, walk in and tables clean, sanitized and free of clutter

* Ensure all sauces, supplies and condiments are stocked and properly cleaned and maintained.

* Check for restocking of necessary supplies

* Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties

**Qualification Standards**

* Able to speak and read English

* Stand/walk during 100% of shift

* Able to work in a busy restaurant environment, frequently hot, loud and wet.

* Reach, bend, stoop and wipe frequently.

* Lift up to 30 lbs. several times per shift when business needs dictate
