Kinetics Equipment Solutions Group has extensive experience offering world-class chemical and slurry delivery equipment to the global semiconductor, LED, pharmaceutical, specialty chemicals, and solar/PV industries. Our state-of-the-art systems continues to be chosen by leading customers worldwide to deliver the most difficult chemistries and sensitive slurries to their CMP tools and processes.
This position resides at our Livermore, CA location. The work shift is 1:15 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please review the responsibilities and requirements below to determine if you are a possible fit for this position.
Job Summary:
Plans machining by studying blueprints, materials, and specifications, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
Programs Haas Mill and KOMO Router by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.
Sets-up mill and router by installing and adjusting tools, attachments, collets, bushings, vise stops, and including vices.
Maintains specification by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including facing, and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.

- Experience: At least 1 year of operating CNC machines.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
