Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator for a part-time, hybrid role. This position is integral to our client's team, providing essential support in the coordination and execution of merchandising activities.

*HYBRID

*PT = 20 hours per week

*6 month contract on a W2

$20.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Log and organize brand submissions and samples, documenting feedback from core category teams

- Assist with brand meeting schedules and coordination

- Manage the maintenance of SKUs, ensuring accuracy per Merchants' discretion

- Initiate and seed offers for all promotions into Promo Advisor, collaborating with the pricing team

- Execute marketing sign requests and proofing, maintain organized product samples, and proof digital assets for accuracy

- Support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests, managing SKU setups and changes, and proofing graphics

- Prepare store memos/communication requests and respond to help desk tickets with proactive solutions

- Provide general administrative support for brand contact maintenance, brand/vendor meetings, and additional tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in retail merchandising or a relevant field preferred

- Professional accountability to timely delivery and quality execution

- Creative problem solver with an innovative mindset

- Strong collaborator with both internal and external brand partners

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong working knowledge of Excel (v-look ups and formulas)

- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving business

- Strives to continuously improve the coordination of merchandising activities and tasks

- Two years of relevant work experience preferred; ideal is a mix of both retail and office/corporate experience
