You will be a key player in ensuring that the organization is able to attract and hire the most talented professionals in the marketplace while navigating the hiring/onboarding process in Workday.Interim HRCoordinator Responsibilities:Screen resumes for various openingsCoordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule a high volume of interviews on a daily basisUse applicant tracking system to open new requisitions, track interview activity and create a variety of reportsMaintain contact with candidates throughout the interview process; schedule interviews, provide feedback/updates and cultivate relationshipsCollaborate with recruiting team to plan and execute recruitment eventsCompile and process new hire paperworkProcess I9 verificationsInitiate and follow-up on background checksInitiate and follow-up on drug screeningsAre you looking to kick start you recruiting career?
