Job description Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager of Administration to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and maintain a positive and professional work environment. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office, including administrative tasks, AP and AR as well as facilities management. * Develop and implement office policies and procedures to include HR, Payroll and Accounting responsibilities. * Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments for staff and executives. * Provide administrative support to staff and executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination. * Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and overseeing service delivery. * Maintain a safe and secure work environment by implementing safety protocols and procedures. * Assist with budget planning and management, including tracking expenses and reporting to senior management. * Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders. * Provide guidance and leadership to support staff, including training and development. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or a related field. * Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software applications. * Experience with budget planning and management. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse range of people. * Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
