Trillium Construction is looking for Project Controls Coordinator / Scheduler in Little Rock, AR. with Industrial Process Piping & Mechanical Experience.

This position requires travel (travel 2x a month for 2-3 days at a time). Pay is DOE starting at $70,000 per year with overtime opportunity. Per diem is available while traveling.

Job Duties:
-Completes detailed calculations to verify system design meets code and standard requirements.
-Participates in pre/post project design meeting and attends customer/site coordination meetings, as applicable.
-Develops bill of materials to facilitate construction.
-Provides support to Project Managers when orders have been received to assist in maintaining and/or improving project margins.
-Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedule(s).
-Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules which include all required dates, activities, and milestones.
-Perform progress schedule updates to include comprehensive reporting and narratives.

Qualifications:
-Proficient in reading and understanding architectural, Civil, Structural, Piping, and electrical diagrams.
-Advanced understanding of mechanical systems and their interface to fire alarm systems.
-Fundamental understanding and experience with: P6, CAD, Projects, Bluebeam, Excel, Navis Works, Microsoft Office Suite including, Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and Adobe.
-Effective written and oral communications.
-Ability to work a full-time schedule.
-Demonstrated ability in drafting/CAD, computer skills estimating/pricing, and project management.
-Experience developing construction project schedules.
-Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
