We want you to apply your energy and skills in this dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and become an integral part of a caring, professional team that is instrumental in providing the highest quality care to our clients.The Client Services Manager will:Provide superior customer service and quality home careFocus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issuesManage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing itBuild lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizationsDevelop strong, communicative relationships with the teamMaintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics and client authorizationsClient Services Managers will partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to Habilitation TechniciansIn collaboration with the Clinical Manager, Habilitation Manger, Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and other teams to act as an advocate for clients in the Habilitation programParticipate in Person-Centered Planning processesCollaborate with the client, family, Case Managers, DSPs and other teams to implement and evaluate client scheduling needsParticipate in client ISP meetingsMaintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators and other stakeholdersQualifications for a Client Services Manager:Bachelor degree is requiredAt least 1 year of experience with the I/DD population (Preferred)Prior medical office or home care experience preferredPrior supervisory experience a plusDemonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)Ambition to grow and advance beyond current positionStrong computer skills required (electronic medical record)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBAYADA Offers:BAYADA offers a comprehensive benefits plan that includes the following: Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, vision, dental and medical health plans, employer paid life insurance, 401k with company match, direct deposit and employee assistance programTo learn more about BAYADA Benefits, click hereComprehensive salaryMedical / Dental / Prescription / VisionPaid time offTuition reimbursement401k with company match LI-Office1As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc., and its associated entities and joint venture partners, are Equal Opportunity Employers.
