Our client is a leading global provider of measurement solutions, and we are seeking a talented Aftermarket Service & Revolve Manager to join their team.

About the Role:

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the aftermarket service and remanufactured equipment business. You will lead a team of service engineers and technicians, overseeing all aspects of field service operations. You will also work closely with sales and other departments to identify new opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand into new markets and increase sales of service and remanufactured equipment.
• Manage a team of service engineers and technicians, providing training, development, and support.
• Oversee project management for strategic customers and implement key programs and processes.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to maximize synergies and develop common plans.
• Track key metrics such as on-time delivery, service technician utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and ensure efficient fulfillment of customer needs.
• Provide technical support to service technicians and support staff.
• Prepare presentations and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a related field, with 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in planning, negotiation, and MS Office applications.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and travel (30-40%) as required.
