Job Summary :

Primary focus will be supporting the continued integration and implementation of our treasury management system (TMS). It involves mapping workflows, processes, configuring and testing system functionality and compatibility with enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and banks. Also, develop protocols and procedures around automated daily cash operations, advanced liquidity management, forecasting and internal audit. The goal is to maximize automation and integration capabilities within the TMS.

One of our key priorities is to build efficiencies into our cash flow forecasting, positioning, review, and reconciliation process. Some of the responsibilities include analyzing variances, positions and actuals to enhance accuracy, develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into cash flows. Work with and train colleagues to efficiently use the TMS and support their daily cash management activities as needed.

In addition, the Senior Treasury Analyst will work on improving the overall treasury governance structure. It includes drafting processes and procedures aligned for all business units. Ensure appropriate controls and compliance with treasury standards.

Reporting to the Director of Treasury Management, this role will also support strategic initiatives, cash management strategies, and assist with bank structure management. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of corporate treasury experience and a proven track record in collaboration with other finance functions including FP&A, accounting, and finance risk management.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the continued integration of Kyriba modules with Oracle and banks to increase automation and improve cash visibility. Build mapping rules that convert Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data into internal Kyriba reference for automating cash flow projections. Train colleagues and draft desk processes with detailed steps for Payment and Cash & Liquidity modules. Become a liaison between Oracle and Kyriba workflows. Manage the daily cash reports and track reporting variances for each bank account. Work with colleagues, banks and Kyriba support staff to resolve potential reporting issues. Create monthly treasury reporting dashboards and scorecards using Kyriba and PowerBI. Build seamless communication between systems to generate one-pager summaries. Improve the treasury governance by drafting a new set of processes and procedures, delegation of authority and controls. Ensure compliance by working closely with Internal Audit. Analyze current payment programs and associated bank fees for each service. Conduct a rolling 12-month bank fee analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities. Support liquidity management by performing daily cash flow balancing, generating payments and investigate payment exceptions. Provide short-term cash management recommendations. Support the Director of Treasury in the process of collection of and improvement of bank data and understanding account purpose to promote insightful Treasury analysis and decision making to help with bank account rationalization. Support of ad hoc treasury requests.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 3 to 5 years of corporate treasury experience. 3+ years of direct cash flow forecasting experience. Proven ability to be a trusted advisor and expert in Kyriba solutioning and troubleshooting. Knowledge of the banking industry and technical knowledge of bank products and FX. Strong proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling is essential, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and inform business decisions. Strong communication and organizational skills, strong project management skills, and ability to multitask seamlessly. Strong treasury acumen, adept with high standards of excellence, self-starter that is willing to learn. CTP or MBA is a plus.

Working Conditions: Office environment Standard business day plus overtime as needed to meet job responsibilities and deadlines. Frequent visual/auditory attention.
