The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be an integral part of our team by playing a key role in the recruitment process by coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews and proactively communicating with candidates throughout the process. This role is a key part of the team, which collaborates with department leaders and hiring managers to support our hiring efforts. This role requires exceptional people skills, strong organizational skills, and efficiency to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is a Santa Barbara-based role with the need to be in the office at a minimum of 3 days per week.
Your impact
- Support hiring managers and recruiters with all scheduling needs.
- Schedule kick-offs, debriefs, and interview schedules with a quick turnaround.
- Communicate with candidates in a professional and timely manner, acting as the "face of the company" throughout the candidate's experience.
- Maintain communication on our candidate relationship management platform.
- Act as the point person alongside the recruiter for candidates and hiring teams throughout the interview process.
- Contribute to new ideas for improving the recruiting and scheduling process.
- Engage in recruitment process improvement projects as appropriate.
- Ensure the Talent Coordinator Playbook stays up-to-date.
- Tasks are completed with high quality, meeting our SLAs.
- Assist with candidate travel and accommodation requests.
- Greet candidates for on-site interviews and manage all logistical aspects of the interview day.
- Support talent acquisition programs by organizing, tracking, and shipping swag.
- Maintain a strong sense of enthusiasm and positivity in all candidate interactions.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change swiftly.
- Possess excellent follow-through skills with a high attention to detail.
- Trusted with confidential information.
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, or similar tech tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience and confidence in communicating across all levels
Compensation & Benefits
The hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is $27.00-$32.00 per hour.
The actual hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
