Help Desk Representative

Randstad is partnering with a global, leading pest control company and is seeking a call center Help Desk Representative. This Technical Support Specialist will work within their ServiceNow ticketing queue to field level 1 and level 2 help desk tickets.

This Help Desk Representative will be supporting our partner nationally via their call center. Tickets could include end user issues, general hardware/software support, escalation management, windows troubleshooting, password resets, and more.

This Help Desk Agent will need exceptional communication abilities. This position is a full time opportunity with advancement opportunities into Senior or Lead Help Desk.

Important Details:

  • Training is done onsite in their Atlanta, GA headquarters but after that - this role is 100% remote in the greater GA area.
  • M-F standard work hours with occasional weekend shifts (as needed)
  • Must have 1-3 years of experience in a help desk call center setting (or comparable)
  • These are inbound help desk, 'call center' calls - you will be taking 15-20 calls per day
