Business Health Solutions, PC, a leader in Occupational Health and Environmental Nursing is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Coordinator/Assistant Manager to become part of our team to serve a valued customer based in Collierville, Tennessee. The valued team member is responsible for delivery of customer requirements, expectations, and services which include:
* Clinical Care Services dealing with work-related and personal medical conditions;
* COVID Case Management;
* Case Management for work-related and personal cases;
* Coordinating EHS and Operations with Incident Reviews of Cases;
* Maintaining and assisting with EHS Databases;
* Health Assessment, New Hire Reviews, and Medical Surveillance;
* Records Management;
* Working knowledge of Workers Compensation, Short-Term Disability, and FMLA; and
* Assisting with staff management, training, and shared on-call responsibilities with the manager and other coordinator.
Primary schedule of Monday - Friday day time hours. Rotating call with manager and additional coordinator.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Current active compact license as a RN to practice in the state of Tennessee;
* Bachelor Degree in Nursing (OHN) or equivalent desirable;
* Certification in Occupational Health Nursing desirable;
* BLCS Certification required;
* Three to five years experience in nursing with experience in Occupational Health; and
* Strong Interpersonal Skills.
