As a fast- growing franchisor, FACE FOUNDRIÉ is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our paid and organic digital marketing efforts, excluding social media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting and executing our paid digital strategy in collaboration with our agency partners. This role requires a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and agency partners to develop, implement, and refine comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Paid Digital Marketing: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, programmatic buying, and other online advertising channels.
  • Organic Digital Marketing: Oversee organic digital efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO) and content marketing, to increase organic traffic and enhance the company's online presence.
  • Agency Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for digital marketing agencies. Ensure alignment on strategies, goals, and performance metrics. Monitor and evaluate agency performance.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximization of ROI.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving skills, task-oriented, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
