Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The role involves creating content, managing posts, and responding to followers. The Social Media Strategist will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the success of our social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development:
    • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
    • Define the most important social media KPIs.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  2. Content Creation and Management:
    • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
    • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, values, and guidelines.
    • Plan and implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
  3. Campaign Management:
    • Develop, launch, and manage campaigns that promote our brand and engage our audience.
    • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  4. Engagement and Community Building:
    • Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster a sense of community around our brand by engaging with followers and influencers.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to create social 'buzz' regarding new product launches.
    • Coordinate with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand.
    • Analyze data to gauge the success of campaigns and understand the effectiveness of different strategies.
    • Provide constructive feedback to marketing and sales teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience using social media platforms for business (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
