Job Description SummaryRole Summary / Purpose: In this role, you will be responsible for HR leadership and coaching across the global Combustors & Structures sites in GE Aerospace Supply Chain, Supply Chain Chief Manufacturing Engineering organization, Supply Chain Strategy, Cost & Business Operations team, the early career programs (MEDP and OMLP), as well as multi-divisional Lynn campus responsibility.Job DescriptionProvide HR leadership and coaching across the global Combustors & Structures sites, including Lynn (MA), Evendale (OH), Bucharest (Romania), Terre Haute (IN), FAMAT (France) – a joint venture with Safran, as well as multi-divisional Lynn campus responsibility and local community relations.Provide HR leadership for the Supply Chain Chief Manufacturing Engineering organization, Supply Chain Strategy, Cost & Business Operations team, the early career programs (MEDP and OMLP), collaborating across the supply chain division.Lead an HR organization of 13 HR professionals providing direct leadership and support of business and HR priorities. Connect & mentor broader HR community and ensure strong connectivity to the broader Lynn HR team, driving positive employee and union relations, integrated talent management, HR process excellence, and culture development.Lead critical HR activities on talent management, culture, inclusion and diversity, talent acquisition, people analytics, performance development, workforce planning organization optimization and efficiency, and labor relationsFacilitate change strategies and enablement plans to achieve contemporary business and culture objectives aligned to SQDC.Partner with broader business leadership to understand industry and market dynamics to design and execute HR strategies and activities that align with business priorities and environmental factors.Cleary communicates complex messages, ensures stakeholder alignment, and collaboratively influences outcomesEngage in leadership coaching and development at multiple levels of the organization.Collaborate and problem solve cross-functional to achieve business objectivesLead and support Aerospace HR initiatives.
