Job Title: Sales Executive - Construction Industry (Residential and Commercial Trusses)
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Position Type: Full-time
Overview: Essential Workforce Partners is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the construction industry, specializing in residential and commercial trusses building. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the construction sector, with a focus on residential and commercial trusses. This role requires someone with established relationships, a robust book of business, and a strong sales orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential and commercial trusses building industry. Develop strategies to expand EWP's market presence and increase revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with EWP's offerings.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closing deals. Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities, forecast sales, and generate reports.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment in achieving sales objectives and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for EWP while maintaining strong relationships and delivering value to clients.
- Team Leadership (for senior roles): Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on the construction industry and residential/commercial trusses building.
- Established relationships and a robust book of business within the target market.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Additional qualifications as needed based on the specific role level, such as President, COO, Chief Revenue Officer, VP/Director of Sales or Business Development
