Saint Hubert Catholic School in Chanhassen seeks a Head of School starting in the 2024-2025 school year. Saint Hubert Catholic School serves 720 students in preschool through 8th grade with a dedicated faculty and staff. The Head of School reports directly to the pastor and oversees an elementary school principal, a middle school principal, a preschool director, director of school operations, and a director of marketing and enrollment. Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis are vital to the evangelizing mission of the Church. They strive to provide an education that is authentically Catholic: a formation of the whole person in the light of Jesus Christ. Saint Hubert Catholic School accomplishes this important work by living their mission statement: "To teach as Jesus did within the context of the teachings of the Catholic Church. As such, our mission is to educate the whole child. In a preschool through eighth grade Catholic setting, teachers, students, staff and parents work together to build an all-inclusive education and a spiritual foundation that will last a lifetime."

The successful candidate for this position will demonstrate the capacity to cultivate the highest standards of excellence in Catholic culture, academics, and organizational leadership at Saint Hubert Catholic School. Other requirements include:

  • Be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Catholic Church who is able to provide a credible witness of the Catholic Faith.
  • Have a deep commitment to the importance and mission of Catholic schools.
  • Possess a master's degree in Catholic school leadership or its equivalent-or in progress (preferred).
  • Have three years of teaching or administrative experience in Catholic schools (preferred).
  • Obtain the Certificate in Catholic School Leadership (preferred).
