This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating memorable event experiences and is adept at handling the logistics of approximately 12 events per year (one per month). The ideal candidate should be based in Texas, within 50 miles of major metropolitan areas like Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, or Houston. Travel within Texas is a requirement, with potential for out-of-state travel in the future. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning and Execution:

Organize and manage all aspects of event logistics, ensuring each event runs smoothly and meets set objectives. Travel Coordination:

Arrange travel plans for events, including accommodations and transportation. Vendor Management:

Liaise with vendors and venues to ensure all event needs are met. Budget Management:

Oversee the event budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Guest Experience:

Create engaging and memorable experiences for all event attendees. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align event objectives with overall marketing strategies. Feedback Analysis:

Gather and analyze attendee feedback to improve future events. Reporting:
