Job Overview:

As a TPIP Supplier Quality Lead within the Silicon Solutions Quality Group at ARM, you will ensure that the quality the TPIP (Third Party IP) provided by our supplier are consistent with the agreed-upon requirements. These include GPIO/HSIO, PMIC, sensors, IPD etc.. Role includes establishing quality standards for TPIP supplier, conducting supplier audits, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure compliance

Responsibilities:

Set supplier DPPM and RMA cycles times targets with strong focus on SDC (silent data corruption) in data centers. Conduct TPIP FMEA (process and design) reviews throughout the project. Perform regular QA audits of supplier quality systems for design and manufacturing. Conduct TPIP design and test chip qualification reviews (including proper PVT sign-off). Conduct TPIP DFX (Design for Excellence) reviews to ensure production quality design. Weekly yield & reliability bridge reviews for TPIP test chip data with defect corrective actions Conduct continuous improvements and ECN/PCN reviews. Manage ECO (engineering change order), CRB (change review board) and MRB (material review board). Ensure proper revisions of the TPIP usage by our SoC design team. RMA triage/FI/FA and 8D/RCCA partner support working with field quality lead.

Required Skills and Experience :

Track record on working with semiconductor TPIP suppliers on quality control. Broad understanding of design/DFX concepts to reduce DPPM including silent data corruption (SDC) issues in data centers. Fundamental understanding of relationship between design process and CPU/GPU/SoC quality. Excellent understanding of the six sigma processes and metrics used to supervise quality. Excellent presentation skills to communicate supplier quality status both internally (executive management) and externally to customer partners.

"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :

Strong understanding of steps to realize SoC development including architecture, RTL design and verification, DFX methodologies, physical implementation and packaging. Effectively working with engineering teams on problem solving, and with partners when needed to make timely decisions on scope and resource.

To: $299,172
