Description

As the Head of Enterprise Accounts you will be responsible for one of our largest, most strategically significant business lines. You will lead a team of account managers to build deep client relationships, create meaningful client value, drive industry leading user & usage growth and deliver outsized renewal results. Your team will be charged with creating and executing on detailed account plans, surfacing opportunities to deliver incremental value through the Green Street platform and strengthen relationships across users, influencers, and decision makers. You will also serve as critical Voice of the Customer internally, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to execute on product enhancement Go-to-Market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire and develop top-performing account managers. Instill and foster a results-oriented, client-first culture
  • Enhance and document scalable operations to drive revenue growth, client engagement and platform adoption
  • Lead and coach team through complex client renewal negotiations to maximize price, retention and upsell outcomes
  • Develop practices to accelerate user and usage growth across Green Street's products
  • Execute plan to identify upsell TAM, build pipeline and partner with Sales to close revenue
  • Use client relationships to influence product roadmap and open future market opportunities
  • Be a key participant in executing our Go-to-Market strategy, relentlessly driving value of our enhancements back to end users
  • Partner with Commercial Enablement and Finance on revenue forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting
  • Act as senior leader across Commercial serving as member of Commercial Leadership Team
Requirements
  • You have worked at a high-growth SaaS company and have embraced and thrived in that dynamic environment
  • You set and meet ambitious goals and targets that define "best in class"
  • You have an arsenal of successful tactics and tools for building client relationships and successfully navigating complex negotiations
  • You drive relentlessly to achieve and deliver
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and / or Finance is highly desired
  • Bring 5+ years of experience managing complex client relationships and / or leading revenue generating teams
  • Ability to operate a highest level amidst fast growth and change; comfortable managing multiple priorities and competing work demands
  • High attention to detail and active listening skills

Salary Description

$200-210k + 40-50% incentive compensation
