Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from initiation to completion. The Construction Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of the firm's more complex projects from inception through to conclusion and turnover. This includes working closely with internal and external project team members to make decisions and recommendations to affect the quality, profitability, and optimal outcome of the project(s). They will be responsible for ensuring the goals and objectives of the project(s) are met within the established budget and schedule.

Additional responsibilities include, developing business opportunities and repeat business opportunities with clients, and supervising subordinate Project Managers when assigned. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
* Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to them throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
* Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and identify any potential issues or delays.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on the job site.
* Review and approve project designs, plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
* Prepare and present regular progress reports, financial reports, and other project documentation to clients and company management.
* Identify and resolve any conflicts, disputes, or issues that may arise during the construction process.
* Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained and maintained throughout the project.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, including contractors, subcontractors, and other staff members.
* Foster a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. (Preferred)
* 5+ years of Construction/Project Management experience required
* PMP, CCM, OSHA, and LEED accreditation or certifications a plus
* Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Ability to analyze problems and make decisions quickly and effectively.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
* Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
