The ideal candidate will have a minimum of5 years of estimating experience , specifically in MEP construction. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for cost estimation, this role is for youResponsibilities:Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.Collaborate with project managers and other team members to understand project scope and requirements.Prepare bid proposals, budgets, and cost estimates.Perform quantity take-offs and develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.Participate in pre-bid meetings, occasional site visits, and client presentations.Monitor project costs and provide ongoing support to project managers during the construction phase.
