Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough assessment of the current state of the ServiceNow platform, including configurations, modules, and integrations.
  • Evaluate existing processes, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear, measurable objectives for transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for ServiceNow implementation, outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to end users on the use of ServiceNow platform functionalities and features.
  • Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates, releases, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, status updates, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide) is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus.
