Job Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst II is responsible for collaborating with different business teams to provide action-based reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that meet the team’s needs. Analyst II will be responsible for providing industry standard visualizations and providing support to entry level analysts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Workflow analysis: Meets with report consumers to understand their reporting needs and can translate into meaningful and accurate reports. Testing: Provides input into testing for new updates/upgrades Upgrades/Maintenance: Performs upgrade with vendor assistance. Projects: Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects along with day-to-day work Issue Resolutions: Utilizes system knowledge and available resources to address routine issues. Leadership: Prepares and presents substantial portions at meetings Downtime Processes: Reviews and provides input into development of downtime processes for assigned areas. Training: Reviews and provides input to training content; able to assist with training sessions Customer service: always Demonstrates excellent customer service. Critical Results

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field 2 years of experience in a healthcare industry 2 years of experience with Medicare claims Education Requirements

Highly proficient in MS Office Highly proficient with Microsoft SQL Tableau experience preferred. Experience in working within a project-driven atmosphere. High organizational/documentation skills Ability to multi-task Ability to thrive in a small company environment. Experience working with a Population Health Platform preferred. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Fluent in English Physical Requirements

This position works under usual office conditions. The employee is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
