Located in Todd Mission, Texas, we have over 400 vendors providing goods and services during the festival season. Our vendor management department is seeking a qualified candidate to be a productive assistant to our Vendor Coordinator. This is an in-person, full-time position.Job Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Assist Coordinator with new vendor onboarding and vettingAssist with managing and updating the vendor listOrganize and file paperworkAssist Coordinator with vendor auditsDraft documents and prepare reportsCreate and update spreadsheetsCoordinate vendor meetingsCalendaringMiscellaneous duties and tasks assigned by the CoordinatorWork on Saturdays and Sundays required during Festival seasonJob Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skillsStrong computer skillsStrong administrative assistant skillsStrong Data Entry skillsUnderstands and adheres to all company policies and proceduresAbility to work under strict guidelines, competing priorities, and immediate requestsMaintains courteous demeanor at all timesDemonstrates ability to remain calm under pressureAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyPreferred Job Qualifications:Previous experience in an office environmentProficient in Microsoft SuiteExperience working with vendorsExperience in the entertainment business#J-18808-Ljbffr
