Nous recrutons notre nouveau/nouvelle chef d'équipe multi-sites sur le secteur du Mans (72).
Rattaché(e) à Magalie, responsable de secteur confirmée, vous coordonnez, organisez et gérez les sites placés sous votre responsabilité. Vous disposez d'une grande autonomie pour mener à bien vos missions dans le respect des objectifs de rentabilité et de qualité qui vous seront définis.
Vous êtes l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) de nos clients, à ce titre, vous mettez en place les moyens nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux, et vous pilotez les équipes opérationnelles en garantissant le respect des règles QHSE et des procédures.
Homme ou femme de terrain, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
Gestion opérationnelle
Mettre en place les moyens humains et matériels sur les chantiers
Assurer le suivi des travaux
Management
Encadrer les équipes sur les chantiers (plannings, formation et évaluation, discipline...)
Recruter et former les équipes
Organiser les remplacements des absences
Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel (contrats de travail, pointages...)
Relation commerciale
Traiter les réclamations client et mettre en place les actions correctives
Assurer le suivi clientèle : livraison des produits, recueil des besoins…
QSHE
Réaliser et organiser les contrôles qualité
Identifier et traiter les non-conformités
Faire respecter les règles Qualité, Santé, Hygiène, Environnement.
Pour mener à bien vos missions, vous disposez d'une voiture de service, d'une tablette, d'un PC et d'un téléphone mobile.
Des déplacements seront à prévoir sur tout le département de la Sarthe.
