About the Team

The Finance team plays a unique and indispensable role within the ZF Off-Highway Solutions organization. We drive accurate financial results through cross-functional collaboration and close attention to detail. Leadership relies on us for reporting and analysis of the results in order to make the best business decisions, as well.

Be part of a dynamic, fast-paced company that is making great progress in manufacturing capabilities and developing exciting new products for our customers
Feel empowerment by being the owner of various approval processes and making informed recommendations
Assist and collaborate closely with the Site Finance Leader to meet deadlines and provide accurate financial reporting and timely data analysis
Working within a team that drives the business forward and problem-solves effectively and efficiently
Pick up where your predecessor left off in the process of integrating into a new reporting structure
Apply your expertise by making process improvements to existing procedures around (but not limited to): asset management, profitability analysis, KPI reporting, financial statements, variance analysis, compliance with GAAP and IFRS

Your Profile as Financial Analyst:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
0 to 2 years of experience
High proficiency with Excel and familiarity with the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred experience in SAP
Experience in a manufacturing setting a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and analyze financial statements
