The Enrollment Specialist's primary responsibility is to assist in the enrollment process for clients.  In this role, successful candidates need to be highly organized with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Promptly confirm receipt of enrollment requests.
  • Accurately process data entry updated member/subscriber demographic and benefits election information in a timely manner.
  • Communicate to client the request has been processed appropriately.
  • Address internal and external client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Track and report incoming requests and completion for management review.
  • Work closely with both internal and external clients to help refine and evolve system and process to run more smoothly and efficiently.

  • Minimum 2 years of recent data entry experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • An understanding of basic office and insurance technology platforms.
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently perform accurate data entry, as needed between multiple systems within company.
  • Ability to adapt to change and develop new processes in a fast-paced team environment with enthusiasm.
  • The capacity to work independently and problem-solve quickly.
  • Customer service phone experience.
  • High energy, ability to prioritize and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment.

Travel: Onsite client travel will be required occasionally.
