What Would a Typical Day Look Like? Technically, Senior Controls Engineers will partner with project team leads in areas including:

Electrical design DCS/PLC/HMI programming System Architecture design System Virtualization Startup and commissioning and testing systems at our build facility Travel to customer site to integrate systems

Exercise Project Management skills by developing project schedules and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal project management resources, ensuring completion of all project deliverables to the satisfaction of the client while fostering a culture of safety Provide specific technical expertise and guidance in the development of employee skills, acting as a mentor and coach for junior employees as a cohesive team player Participate in planning sessions with the Branch and Business Development Manager that will identify opportunities for new proposals, drafting of proposals, and explain/negotiate proposals with clients as well as partake in client meetings to help solidify JMP’s position and increase client confidence in the JMP team Interface with customers and offer strong technical expertise and advisement as part of the project team What Qualifies You for this Opportunity?
