Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Candidates must have a flexible schedule.

  • Prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance.
  • bility to work in a fast-paced, team environment and adapt quickly to new procedures and changing situations.
  • The position requires strong attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • bility to log detailed notes regarding communications between responsible parties regarding requests.
  • Help train new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
  • 5 years of customer service experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Experience with Office Applications (Outlook, Excel) preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Remedy Incident Management System (or equivalent) preferred but not required.
  • Technical and/or Networking background preferred but not required.
Must - Have Skills:
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • 5 years of customer service experience.
